Shipping & Delivery
Smoking cigars is enjoyable. Waiting for cigars to ship isn't. We take pride in getting your order out of our warehouse and into your humidor at home as fast as possible. That's why we ship a lot of our orders the same day. If you place your order by 12:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) we'll get it to the shipping company that day. We consider United States Postal Service Priority Mail to be standard shipping so know you'll have cigars in your hands in about 3 days.
Privacy & Security
We take your privacy and your security very seriously at CigarsCity.com. We don't share your email or shipping address with anybody else. Plus, we've contracted with security experts to ensure your credit card information stays private and ordering cigars from us doesn't become a headache. After all, cigars are supposed to help you relax, right?
Returns & Replacements
Sometimes, mistakes happen. We want to work with you to make sure you have a good experience at Cigars City. We do accept returns on cigars and accessories that have not been opened within two weeks of the purchase date. Please check out our returns page to start the process of sending a return.
