After creating some of Drew Estate’s finest premium smokes, Steve Saka ventured out on his own to create the Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust cigar company. While his first release, Sombremesa, was a smashing success, Saka’s latest offering has ignited a firestorm of praise from even the most hard to please cigar connoisseurs. The Todos Las Dias Toro is simply one smoke you won’t soon forget!
And for the language police out there, Todos Las Dias is intentionally misspelled from the correct Todos Los Dias. Saka tells the tale that he had misheard the phrase and had always pronounced it with “Las” which translates to “all days” instead of the proper “Los” which means “everyday”. In spite of this mix-up and constant ribbing from friends and colleagues, Saka decided to use his phrasing anyway to name his unique and deliciously rich cigars.
No matter the pronunciation, the 6” x 52 Todos Las Dias Toro is a stunning Nicaraguan Puro built around bold filler tobaccos from Jalapa and Esteli. A Nicaraguan binder leaf and Cuban-seed Nicaraguan Sun Grown wrapper leaf complete the hour so adventure that builds from a modest first light to an absolute powerhouse of body and taste on the back end.
A tribute to the “everyday” quality that Nicaraguan tobacco farmers and cigar makers bring to the table, the Todos Las Dias Toro delights the senses with a crescendo of flavor that is at once earthy, peppery and spicy. This is simply a remarkable smoke for the truest of cigar lovers to enjoy.
