Crowned Heads Headley Grange Estupendos (Toro) - Box of 24
Inspired by the pulsating rhythm of Led Zeppelin’s
“When the Levee Breaks” and named after the recording venue famously used by
the band, Headley Grange cigars by Crowned Heads unload joyously textured
flavors onto the palate with an unbridled passion that only the folks at
Crowned Heads could deliver!
Originally launched as a limited edition cigar,
the 5 ½” x 52 Headley Grange Estupendos was the first size of the line and is
made by Ernesto Perez-Carrillo at his Tabacalera La Alianza factory in the
Dominican Republic. The tasty 45 minute to an hour smoke is created out of a
core of plush Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos that are surrounded by a
seductive Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper leaf.
Once under way, the 91-rated Headley Grange
Estupendos unleashes thick leather, coffee and wood flavors which form the
foundation of a luxurious medium-to-full bodied excursion. Hints of spice,
licorice and nougat meet with a creamy undercurrent and a dash of pepper on the
way to a complex and incredibly delicious finish.
The Headley Grange Estupendos is an incredible
offering that should easily make your rotation, if not your all-time favorite
list. Rich and satisfying with the trademark Crowned Heads smoothness, the
Headley Grange Estupendos is a dream for any one in search of balance, complexity
and pure sensory pleasure.
