With the My Father La Antiguedad Super Toro, the
Garcia family has delivered not only one of the finest Cuban throwbacks
available today, but one of the most satisfying cigar smoking experiences to
ever hit the post-embargo American market! Rich, complex and sumptuously
smooth, the La Antiguedad Super Toro is an adventure not to be missed!
La Antiguedad or “The Antiquity” is a line of boldly
flavored cigars built around filler tobaccos from the Garcia family’s farms in San
Rafael, Las Quebradas and San Jose, Nicaragua that have been aged a minimum of
3 ½ year. A hearty Nicaraguan Corojo and Criollo double binder and a dark
Ecuadorian Habano Rosado Oscuro wrapper leaf complete the 7” x 56 Super Toro
which proves a giant-sized smoke of nearly two hours.
Once the My Father La Antiguedad Super Toro meets
flame, voluptuous pepper, earth and leather flavors swirl into a delightfully
complex frenzy that also features hints of nuts, coffee and cocoa. The
medium-to-full bodied smoke cruises towards a richly entertaining finale
picking up woody undertones along the way.
The My Father La Antiguedad Super Toro is indeed a
“super” smoke that will prove most difficult to put down. Available in boxes of
20 box-pressed sticks and featuring original Cuban artwork, these beautifully
crafted and enormously gratifying treats are truly gifts that just keep on
