The Caldwell Long Live the King Mad MoFo Maduro Super Toro is Caldwell with the volume turned up. Draped in an oily Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper, the blend combines an Indonesian binder with Dominican, Nicaraguan and American fillers, including aged Corojo ’98 and Pennsylvania Double Ligero. It's a formidable tobacco recipe—dark, rich and full-bodied—but there's enough character underneath the strength to make Mad MoFo far more interesting than simply another powerhouse Maduro.
At 6" x 54, the Super Toro gives that heavy interior blend plenty of room while keeping the San Andrés wrapper firmly involved. Expect deep earth and dark chocolate alongside black pepper, leather and roasted tobacco, with the Pennsylvania leaf contributing additional weight and intensity.
