The Warped Sarto Toro (6 x 52) delivers a broader, more expressive interpretation of the Sarto blend, allowing its layered Nicaraguan core and dark Broadleaf wrapper to unfold with remarkable balance and depth. Created as a tribute to founder Kyle Gellis’ Cane Corso, Sarto represents one of the boldest releases in the Warped portfolio—larger in presence, darker in flavor, and more muscular in profile while still maintaining the sophistication and precision that define the brand. Crafted at NACSA in Estelí, Nicaragua, the Toro format gives the blend added room to evolve and reveal its complexity.
A dark, oily Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper surrounds a Nicaraguan binder and fillers sourced from Estelí, Jalapa, and Ometepe, producing a medium-to-full-bodied profile layered with dark chocolate, espresso, black pepper, leather, and charred cedar. The Broadleaf provides the cigar’s dense texture and natural sweetness, while the regional interplay of the fillers creates depth beneath the surface. Estelí contributes structure and spice, Jalapa adds aromatic sweetness and brightness, and Ometepe brings a distinctive mineral-rich earthiness that gives the blend a grounded, savory core.
The Toro format softens some of the Robusto’s intensity and allows the blend to develop more gradually. Early notes of cocoa and spice transition into deeper flavors of roasted nuts, oak, cream, and warm baking spice, all delivered through thick, velvety smoke. The burn remains cool and deliberate throughout, with a long finish that continues to evolve well into the final third.
Sarto also represents a significant step forward for Warped Cigars, pairing the brand’s nuanced blending philosophy with the heavier texture and depth of Broadleaf tobacco in a way that feels deliberate rather than excessive. The Sarto Toro is a cigar built for smokers who appreciate complexity as much as strength—dark, refined, and deeply satisfying from beginning to end.
